A Day Filled With Colour and Kindness
Miss Knight’s class at St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School in Fairfield enjoyed a wonderful celebration of World Down Syndrome Day on Friday. The classroom was bright, cheerful and full of positive energy as the children proudly wore their colourful odd socks, showing that we are all unique and wonderfully made.
Learning About Inclusion and Understanding
Throughout the day, pupils took part in activities that helped them learn about inclusion, kindness and celebrating differences. They explored what it means to value one another, recognising that everyone brings something special to the world around them.
Proud of Our Thoughtful Pupils
The children approached every activity with maturity, empathy and enthusiasm. Their thoughtful discussions and joyful participation made the day truly meaningful.
We are incredibly proud of Miss Knight’s class for embracing the message of World Down Syndrome Day so beautifully.
