Year 5 Walk for Motor Neurone Disease Awareness
A group of Year 5 pupils from St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School in Fairfield joined local schools today for a meaningful community walk to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The walk was held in support of Claire Park, former headteacher of Hartburn School, who is courageously living with the condition.
