Supporting a Worthy Cause

A group of Year 5 pupils from St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School in Fairfield joined local schools today for a meaningful community walk to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The walk was held in support of Claire Park, former headteacher of Hartburn School, who is courageously living with the condition.

Walking Together With Purpose

Our pupils walked with compassion and respect, showing solidarity with Claire, her family and all those affected by MND. It was a reflective and heartfelt experience that encouraged the children to think deeply about empathy, community and support.

Keeping Claire in Our Thoughts

We keep Claire, her loved ones, and everyone impacted by Motor Neurone Disease in our prayers.
If you feel able to support this important cause, your contribution would be greatly appreciated.
