Our Year 5 pupils have been learning about the importance of anti‑racism and the celebration of diversity, and we were proud to welcome Middlesbrough Football Academy prospects into school to help share this powerful and meaningful message.
Inspiring Discussions and Positive Role Models
The visit gave pupils the opportunity to take part in thoughtful and inspiring discussions about kindness, respect and equality for all. Hearing from positive role models helped reinforce the importance of standing up against racism and promoting inclusion - both in sport and in everyday life.
A Message That Will Last
It was wonderful to see our pupils so engaged, confident and reflective as they considered how their words and actions can make a difference. The session encouraged children to be advocates for fairness and to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
